[Nut-upsuser] Problem with upsmon on x64 Windows

Did you try manually install libusb-win32 from sourceforge (and install
the UPS via its wizard) ?

Is this the only binary which is faulting ? I mean, do you see upsd.exe
and your configured drivers running in the task manager ?
