[Nut-upsuser] Ubuntu 10.04 Ultra 700VA UPS Setup Nut

Hi All,

This is the exact same UPS (Vendor/Product anyway) that I wrote about in a 
different email that works 100% except for the "inverter turn off" issue.

It works with nut 3.6.1
