[Nut-upsuser] problem starting upsd

Apparently the version of NUT you're using was built on a system that  
had IPv6 enabled and yours doesn't. Adding

     LISTEN 127.0.0.1

to 'upsd.conf' should fix this. See also 'man 5 upsd.conf'.
