[Nut-upsuser] NUT monitor

Perhaps this is a question of "TCP wrapper" setup.
Does Ubuntu include "TCP wrapper" support with NUT?  Do you have an 
entry for upsd in /etc/hosts.allow or /etc/dosts.deny ?
