[Nut-upsuser] How to shutdown the system and put UPS in stayoff status rather than in return status

Hi Roberto,
I wrote a new driver that should work also with your UPS, but I can't test
the USB version since my UPS has only a serial port.
I've addressed also your request to shutdown & stayoff instead of shutdown
& return. Are you willing to test it?
