[Nut-upsuser] HP R1500 G3 UPS does not accept battery.charge.low value via upsrw

Some more information:
The variables ups.delay.shutdown and ups.delay.start do change when set
via upsrw.
The values of the variables battery.charge.low, input.transfer.high and
input.transfer.low do not change with upsrw.
