[Nut-upsuser] nut-2.6.5: ups.timer.start problem with EATON Protection Station 650

Hi,

I have successfully configured Nut to work with EATON PS 650: system
detects low battery, initiates shutdown, waits for UPS to switch power off.
However, when power is restored, UPS immediately powers on all power plugs
independently from ups.timer.start setting.

upsc reports "ups.timer.start" variable availability which is set to 0.
upsrw reports "ups.delay.start" variable which is set to 30.
Are these variables refer to the same thing, and if yes why they are named
differently?

Anyway setting ups.delay.start in upsrw does not change UPS behavior - it
still powers on all power plugs instantly as power to UPS is restored.
Also I have noticed that during testing (shutdown of UPS on power loss)
upsrw variables reset to default values.

What might be the problem here? I am thinking of maybe installing EATON
windows tools to VM and see what can be configured from them.
