I think the "2"s here should be "1".

"powervalue is an integer representing the number of power supplies that the UPS feeds *on this system*."

So if UPS_251 is connected to one power supply on the system running upsmon, and UPS_252 is connected to another, then each powervalue is 1.

Or you could change this to 4, but that masks what is actually going on.
