Dear all,
We have some problems with NUT and our UPS,
Please help or give some method let us try to solve it.
AS follow:

·         OS name and version,→WIN10

·         exact NUT version, →Windows MSI installer 2.6.5-6<http://www.networkupstools.org/package/windows/NUT-Installer-2.6.5-6.msi>

·         NUT installation method: from source tarball, package or Subversion, →source tarball

·         exact device name and related information (manufacturing date, web pointers, …),

→ED1500RTXL2U

Vendor ID 0x05DD Product ID 0xA011

form http://www.sizemyups.com/specs/1011/90001264/BR/0/#goemail

·         complete problem description, with any relevant traces, like system log excerpts, and driver debug output. →
