[Nut-upsuser] after power outage and proper shutdown, UPS turns on before power returns

Just realized that the ups_driver_output7.txt.gz file contains results
from a test that was done with nut-driver service active. I re-did the
test after stopping nut-{monitor,server,driver}, although, from what I
can tell, the result is largely the same.
