[Nut-upsuser] NAS control from Win10

I’d like to control my Qnap TS-450 Pro+ (to shut it down on loss of AC power) from my Win10 PC. My configuration is as follows:

1. APC SmartUPS 1000 linked to Win10 PC via USB
2. Win10 currently using its Battery monitoring capability to shut down the PC when UPS is On Battery
3. Qnap NAS linked to Win10 PC via Ethernet 

How would I set up NUT, the PC, and the NAS so that, when the On Battery condition is detected on the PC, the NAS will be commanded to shut down?
