[Nut-upsuser] Emulating UPS signals

Hi all,

I'm just getting started with NUT and I was wondering if there's a way to
test NUT's functionality without having an actual UPS. Is there a UPS
emulator I could use to trigger ONBATT, ONLINE, etc.?
