[Nut-upsuser] nut proxy setup?

FWIW, posted a couple of updates to the FAQ:

for use-cases of dummy-ups in relay mode
* https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/pull/1197 : docs/FAQ.txt: update
for interactions via github (issues, PRs, ...)
