A warning was posted about this on the spamassassin list, about forged
phishing/malware sent to opens source lists, which uses an encrypted
file on live.com.

Note that the from field was

  Jim Klimov via Nut-upsuser <Daniel.Cohen at culinarycoast.org>

which I've omitted from here.  It would be interesting to see if that
is subscribed to the list and if so if it's recent.
