[Nut-upsuser] How to change shutdown notification threshold on Fortron UPS Champs (blazer_usb)?

Hi Jim,

Thanks a lot. Is there any way to tell upsdrvctl to add the -D option 
when it starts the specific driver on that older version? I tried adding 
-D to upsdrvctl (in its systemd unit), to no avail.
