[Nut-upsuser] Weird usbhid-ups issue with Eaton 9PX1500RT-L

The dump you did collect has 1156 bytes, so one of the driver's guesses
about size was correct - although it picked another.
I haven't seen reports in 4K range, either (was surprised that this device
has so much to say?)
Apparently not only NUT has some unlucky heuristic picking the way to talk
to the device, so figuring out what usbhid-dump does would be useful, and
eventual PRs for NUT would be welcome.
As a local hotfix, you can build custom NUT and disable the other code path
which picks the bigger descriptor. I don't remember OTOH if there is a
config toggle for that to use in an existing binary build.
