[ANNOUNCE] OfflineIMAP v6.3.2-rc1 released

OfflineIMAP v6.3.2-rc1 is out. This means we are beginning a tests
cycle. If feature topics are sent, I may merge or delay them until the
next stable release.

The most interesting change is a primitive implementation of SSL
certificates check. The issue was reported back from debian where it was
raised. The version includes:

  * fix reading password from UI
  * use OptionParser instead of getopts
  * code cleanups

As said, this release needs tests from you. Please report back any
errors you might hit.
