Well, thanks but no thanks. I appreciate your efforts in reviewing the
code, really. OTHO, it's not welcome to:

  - sign-off anything you didn't produce _yourself_ on a supposed "what
    I've talked about" change (you can send me some signed checks if you
    do that in real life, though);

  - ask developers already very involved in the project to do the change
    for you, especially if someone requested you to to so.

If you're "not set-up to produce patches", please change that in the
first place.
