Sorry, I didn't mean to cause anyone to get upset.  I'm not suggesting
the change because it's a feature I want.  I'm just trying to provide
a suggestion to make offlineimap better.

I will eventually set myself up with the proper git workflow, but right
now real life makes that impossible.  I hope it's ok if I provide
comments/ideas/patch review even before I'm set up to create patches in
the required format.
