FYI, Commits eab26ee7c159b02e079c and cc4c36c45bdd9bcdf70d in my branch
WIP/reduceFETCHlength_issue27 on git://github.com/spaetz/offlineimap.git
fix this (untested yet and the branch has some more cleanups on top of
next). I'll propose that after I've caught up with all emails and after
we have released the next stable release.
