Hi Vladimir,

sorry for this :-). I am basically done now. I have a couple of minor
(and one bigger) things left, but I flushed my queue for now.

Feel free to continue working on that. May I point you to my
experimental branch at

which contains some potential work that could be used?

Basically, I add an attribute sync_this to each Folder(). If folders are
filtered out, this will then set sync_this to False rather than
True. This lets us distinguish between folders that really do not exist
and folders that are disabled due to a folderfilter setting.

This will help to prevent creating of remote folders that exist on
REMOTE but are disabled (when I run it with -f INBOX for example).

I haven't sent this patch as I wanted to get rid of my other stuff
first, but I'd be happy if we could tackle this somehow.
