Bug report: monthnames_standard is a nice idea; fails in June and July, though

Hi there,

offlineimap/folder/IMAP.py contains this:

| #format this manually - otherwise locales could cause problems
| monthnames_standard = ["Jan", "Feb", "Mar", "Apr", "May", \
|  "June", "July", "Aug", "Sep", "Oct", "Nov", "Dec"]

That's a nice idea because it won't fail with other locales.  It also
worked properly for May.  However just syncing the last year of mails
onto my laptop failed today.

A June -> Jun and July -> Jul would hence be appreciated.
