restore mails from local Maildir back to IMAP

Since you don't want to keep everything in sync, but just do a one time
copy you might consider using a proper IMAP client for this.
Thunderbird and friends can do this.  Just 'drag' the folder from the
local Maildir to the IMAP directory.
