Polishing (progress indicator and stats)

After the 6.4.0 release I have decided to invest some time in polishing.
Here are two log formatting changes outputting additional information:

- Copy message 44310 (1 of 2) RemoteRepo:INBOX -> LocalRepo
(note the progress counter)

- *** Finished account 'sspaeth.de' in 0:28
(note the timing info)

Also docs/* have seen some love.

Hope you'll appreciate this small but IMHO useful change.
