If you set
autorefresh = 20
you will get a new sync every 20 minutes and sleep inbetween. SIGUSR1(?)
aborts the sleep phase thus leading to a new sync. If you don't use
autorefresh, you will directly quit after the sync anyway and no signal
would make a difference.
