offlineimap hangs

Nice idea,

it might be a bit hard to say when we become unresponsive (we might
simply download a huge mail), but after hitting -CTRL-C, ie when the
SIGINT handler kicked in, it should be easy to start a thread that kills
OLI hard after, say, 60 seconds.
