Offlineimap 6.4.2 seems seriously broken

Hi John,

sorry for not responding earlier to this. I have seen such KeyErrors
myself recently in the IMAP<->IMAP case, and I am going to investigate
this next.

I basically had been sick all of December (nothing serious, just
annoying).

Yes, it seems that 6.4.2 is not the best choice for IMAP<->IMAP, so you
might want to stick with 6.4.0 for now. I'll try to get  this done ASAP.
