Could not find UID for message

I just ran offlineimap, then ran it again almost immediately, and found
this on the console:

I note two things:

1. "Could not find UID for msg '2' (f:'[Gmail].All Mail'. This is
    usually a bad thing and should be reported on the mailing list."

2. Why is it trying to copy 80 messages when presumably everything was
   in sync just moments ago?  I certainly haven't received 80 messages
   in the last few minutes.
