new offlineimap creates excess dummy labels on gmail

[cpblpublic+offlineimap at gmail.com]

After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.04, my sync with gmail creates four new 
folders/labels on gmail that it should not create.  They remain empty. 
They are:

[imap]/drafts
[imap]/sent
[imap]/spam
[imap]/trash

This appears to be a bug.
