communication w/ keyring problems since upgrade from Ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10?

Since upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10,  offlineimap no longer seems to be able
to talk to the keyring, and so the first time it runs asks for passwords
to be entered manually and for some reason segfaults on any subsequent
run. Anyone else encounter this problem, and/or, more importantly, does
anyone know how to fix it?
