If the following setup work:

  remote IMAP -> offlineimap v6.5.7-rc3 -> Maildir -> Dovecot -> outlook
  remote IMAP -> offlineimap v6.5.7-rc3 -> Maildir -> Dovecot -> thunderbird

What can we do about the failing:

  remote IMAP -> offlineimap v6.5.7-rc3 -> Maildir -> Dovecot -> roundcube(webmail)
