[ANNOUNCE] the new IMAP software "imapfw" is made public

I'm happy to announce I'm publishing imapfw today. I aim imapfw to
replace OfflineIMAP in the long run and I think it's the good time to
share it.

This is Python like OfflineIMAP but it comes under the MIT license.
