[offlineimap] Documentation vs SSL certificate checking (#245)

`docs/offlineimap.txt` states:

> While verifying a server certificate fingerprint is being planned, it is not implemented yet.

However, there's `cert_fingerprint` now, so the documentation seems to be outdated.
