Hi,

That is because the nova puppet module is not at the latest version. I updated it
http://git.labs.enovance.com/?p=puppet.git;a=commitdiff;h=717f69b3135271b1ed27bb8594b5dd6b8164202e
and it will now catch
https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-nova/commit/191b1c39533d178e88ead403de1b1bc0c2515fed
which adds support for iscsitarget.
