What I'm saying is that the lack of feature (ie: support for mongodb) is
in dbconfig-common. dbconfig-common doesn't support mongodb.

The dbconfig-common has MongoDB support, we can revisit this bug, and
have ceilometer "work the same way as all the other OpenStack packages".

Feel free to open a (wishlist) bug against dbconfig-common so that it
handles mongodb.
