[PKG-Openstack-devel] debian/queens branches opened and set as default: let's release Queens !

Hi,

As the RC1 releases are out, it's time to package Queens in Debian.

I have opened debian/queens on all projects, and set them as default
branch. I have also pushed python-openstackdocstheme 1.18.1 to
Experimental, and started working on the first Oslo libs.

As always, the workflow is:
- package all of oslo
- package all of the clients
- package everything under libs
- package all services

Within each of the above, there may be some build-dependency which
imposes working on one package before the other. Like for example, we
need oslo.config uploaded before we can work on oslo.utils. It's too
complex to just figure out by memory, but working on each package,
you'll find out.

Please feel free to pop-in and contribute. The workload is huge, and I'd
be nice if I was not the only one working on this. I'll be on IRC if
anyone needs help.

One last thing, these days, doc's dependencies are expressed sometimes
under the doc folder. Don't forget to read that. Also, feel free to use
the <! nodoc> if you are comfortable with handling the build-profile
things (if you don't, I can explain on IRC...).

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
