[parted-devel] [PATCH] Don't fail if unable to reread partition table

Apparantly, I'm lying. In an effort to work around the first bug (the
O_DIRECT one), I started using loopback devices, so the failure is not
actually with disk images, but with loopback devices. I didn't think
parted cared what it was looking at, so I didn't consider the
difference. 

Unless I'm much mistaken, that ioctl will only return with errno ==
EINVAL, if in fact rereading the partition table is not a valid
operation, so not failing in that case seems like the a reasonable thing
to do.
