Ever since it was removed and restored last time I have thought that the
proper place for it to go is in dosfstools along with dosfsck etc, but
that package did not appear to be maintained either.  Since it is
needed and there is no alternative, and we don't seem to have a bunch of
bug reports about it, then it can just continue to live in parted even
though nobody has been working on it.  As the saying goes, if it ain't
broke, don't fix it.
