Sorry, could have checked this myself. Those three are indeed all the
packages in current sid that Depend, Recommend, Suggest, Build-Depend
or Build-Depend-Indep on perl-suid.

Just a Suggestion. From README.Debian:

 If you want to use `imget' with RPOP, you should install the `perl-suid'
 package and run `dpkg-reconfigure im' (set-user-id permission will be
 added to `imget').

I expect this could be dropped as obsolete.

sudo or a C suid wrapper, somebody just needs to implement it.
