Hi Colin, hi piuparts devs,
while it certainly is not that much effort to add a
"rm /lib/init/rw/sendsigs.omit.d/rsyslog" in rsyslog's init script (or the
postrm script for that matter), but it somehow feels awkward to me, to waste
(admittedly not much) CPU cycles and and increase the shutdown time (by a tiny
bit) just to please piuparts.
Wouldn't it be better, if piuparts would simply ignore files that are cleaned up
anyway (e.g. files on /lib/init/rw/sendsigs.omit.d or in /var/run)?
What's your take on this?
