piuparts ran "apt-cache show $package", which failed, because the tested
package is not in the archive yet. Obviously this is a valid usecase and 
piuparts should not fail in this case.

The relevant code is in piuparts.py, line 725ff.

Thanks for using piuparts, I'll try to fix this ASAP.
