Hi,

as discussed on IRC, here is an updated patch, with changelog and documentation ;)

FIY, I tested the following packages:
lastfmsubmitd - FAIL as logrotate produces output
hdapsd - PASS no logrotate script
ppp - PASS with logrotate script
