piuparts.py: install_package_files()
   calls dpkg -i list_of_.deb's

piuparts.py: remove_or_purge()
   calls dpkg --remove (or --purge) list_of_package_names

For remove_or_purge I have a patch ready ... just need to dig it out
again and update it for current svn ...
