[Piuparts-devel] Bug#603873: New formatting of README.txt.

The present formatting of "README.txt" is close to being a disgrace,
sadly to say. The length of some lines is almost perturbing the concept
"infinity".

I submit a difference file against the present contents in the repository.
The intention was to get closer to the ideal of Donald E Knuth's line
length of 67 characters. The result is not completely uniform, but a
definite improvement. Some context sensitive indentation was implemented,
as well as some changes to the text. This latter step could certainly
need reviewing, but that should mean less work for a maintainer than the
act of reformatting took me.
