If you had (only) done this, I would have applied your patch now...

The latter step is very hard to review with all the formatting changes...
and the formatting changes break the asciidoc syntax used, thus breaking the 
html output. So I won't apply this patch.

I'd be happy to apply a non-breaking patch for shorter lines as well as 
another for text changes.
