two (stacked) branches are available:

cleanup/readme-changelog
  clarify some things about piuparts.conf in the readme
  fix a svn url
  add a todo entry
  reshuffle changelog and close more bugs
feature/master/state-command
  (depends on the reshuffled changelog)
