There are three untested patches in preview/load-defaults-from-global

      lib/conf: don't require passing a list of mandatory keys
      lib/conf: add support for loading defaults from a special section
      p-m/s/r: load defaults for [section] from [global]

In order to simplify the [section] config by removing redundancies I
added support to load default values from the [global] section.
Primary candidate that can be obsoleted by this: mirror=
Or should we better use a [defaults] or whatever name section for this?

Still needs testing and documentation.
