distilled down to:

pejacevic (piuparts-master):
  - 2gb ram
  - 6gb /
  - 100g /srv

piuparts-slave-bm-a:
  - 12gb ram
  - 6gb /
  - 30gb swap
  - tmpfs is backed by swap, so this should allow untarring the chroot into
    large tmpfs filesystems
  - potentially more vcpus.  we'll see what the limiting factor is
