Most of your branches should have been rebased (dave-rebase/*), if
something is missing let me know.

I failed to rebase skip-kpr, that branches off before 0.51 and rebasing
to 0.51 failed, too.

Please drop a note once I can delete them again.

Now I'm going to deal with my branches ...
