[Piuparts-devel] Bug#874730: piuparts-reports needs to be ported to python3 as python-rpy2 is gone (or another graphing solution is needed)

we're only using python-rpy2 for piuparts-reports so it seems the easiest way
out is to port the code to python3, though using something else for graphing
would be another option.

Luckily we have the whole buster development cycle for this…
